Party Policies

 

Check -In Policy:

The party host may arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party time. Due to the busy schedule of parties please respect our 15 minutes policy.

 

Party Room Time: 

The private party room will be available 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time and 60 minutes for your scheduled party. You will have an additional 30 minutes for clean up and removal of party items. Due to high demand for private party rooms, these times are strictly enforced. 

 

Final Balance:

The party’s balance must be paid in full prior to the beginning  of your party. We accept cash, Visa, Master Card and Discover. IF you are paying by personal check, this must be received (7) days prior to your party.

 

Liability Waiver:

A liability waiver must be completed for all participates and must be signed by a parent/legal guardian. Party participants are not allowed in the bounce area without a signed waiver. The wavier is available at the front desk or you can access it from the website. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE: You may rescheduled your party with a 14 day notice, you may apply your deposit to any available date or time wishing the next 12 month period at no additional charge. Rescheduling with less than 14 day notice, will require a $50 rescheduling fee. 

If you choose to cancel your event then you must provide at least a 21 day notice. If you cancel  less than 21 day’s notice, you forfeit your deposit. 

 

Food Policy:

Bounce N Around permits you to bring your own food to be consumed in the party room. You may also opt to have Bounce N Around supply pizza for your party. Please avoid food items that produce a strong smell or aroma.

 

Room Decorating Policy:

You may bring your own decoration to decorate your party room. There will be a banner and inflatable chair provided. You may opt to add table covers to your package with Bounce N Around. Prohibited decorations: Silly string, glitter, confetti, tacks, glue, paint or any other activity that would harm or damage the facility is not allowed.

 

Gifts and Personal Items:

All gifts and personal items must be removed from he building at the conclusion of the party.  We are unable to store belongings at any time. Bounce N Around, LLC or Kid’s America are not responsible for any lost of stolen property.
